The club is active in the Herts League for both the mid week league in the Summer and Cross Country in the Winter but we welcome runners of all levels and abilities. We currently have over 300 members and are keen to welcome more. Our membership covers all abilities from the elite runner to the gentle jogger, those with competitive ambitions to those with a more social nature. You will never have to run alone unless you wish to.
