Royston First is a Business Improvement District (BID) organisation that delivers local initiatives to promote the town by bringing the business community and the general public together; ultimately making Royston a better place to live and work.

Since its introduction in 2009, projects such as ‘Free-after-3pm parking’, seasonal children’s town trails, the Coronation Celebration Day and more recently 'Independents' Week' which celebrated the growing independent business community in Royston, are helping the town to thrive.
