New Bus Shelter in Icknield Walk

A new bus shelter has been installed on Icknield Walk. The project began in March 2019 and saw Royston Town Council work closely with North Herts District Council following residents advice that there was a need for a bus shelter in that location. After considerable delay due to the COVID-19 pandemic, installation of the new bus shelter has been completed and will be served by the number 16 bus route in town. Both this and the new cycle shelter at Royston Market were funded by Section 106 funds held for sustainable transport projects.
