Receptionist/Administration Assistant /Meeting Minute Taker
A vacancy exists for a full-time office assistant with good communication and computer skills and for producing minutes of meetings.
Duties to include: reception/telephone/email enquiries, allotment administration, dispatch for Councillors, recording of planning applications and minute taking at meetings. Knowledge of Word/Excel is essential, Access database preferable.
Hours: 35 ¾ per week, Mon–Thurs 8.45 to 5, Friday 8.45 to 4.30 plus Monday evening meetings (average 3 per month, approx. 1-2 hours).
Salary: £15,281.00 per annum plus an additional payment of £20.25 for each evening meeting.
