These awards are given to organisations within Royston for the setting up of a new project, capital scheme or to help towards a special event during a 12-month period after the acceptance of the award.

Administered by Royston Town Council and members of the council serve as Trustees.
APPLICANTS FOR FUNDING FROM THE LEETE CHARITY ARE REQUIRED UNDER THE TERMS OF THE CHARITY TO BE SEEKING FURTHER EDUCATION AND BE UNDER THE AGE OF 25. THE APPLICANT MUST ALSO EITHER RESIDE IN ROYSTON AND OR BE ATTENDING A SCHOOL IN ROYSTON.
